Kevin would agree he’s not a spring chicken more an old rooster

He’s had over 40 years in the food and drink industry. Initially trained as a chef he worked with the large food and drink companies and progressed to running pub restaurants.

As a chef he was renowned for coming up with new ideas and twists on dishes and as he says they were so popular that many flew out the kitchen.

His main focus was on pub grub and now he’s taking life easy but he isn’t ready to put his knives away just yet. He sees a gap in the market for affordable tasty food not using cheats like sauces and pastes
